Our gross commissions vary by listing and accordingly, our offer of compensation to a cooperative broker varies accordingly to the individual deal. You cannot claim a commission if none is ever offered or negotiated. Unless notified otherwise, we will assume that you are working as a statutory/transaction broker whereby you are advocating neither party.
